Our mêthode traditionelle Blanc de Blancs is made from 100% Chardonnay harvested from a single acre on our Corey Creek Vineyard. This wine showcases the elegance and balance representative of the North Fork. The 2016 vintage provided exceptional, nearly perfect growing conditions. Mark Squires of the Wine Advocate said “this has caressing texture, some nuances of yeast and toast and a big finish.”
