This tiny 50 case batch of Malbec was fermented in small bins as whole clusters of grapes before being pressed off the skins and aged in stainless steel. The process is known as carbonic maceration, made famous by the Nouveau wines of Beaujolais France. This results in a much lighter than usual red. Dominated by flavors of tart cherry, blueberry, pomegranate and spice.
