Kip Bedell planted the first Gewürztraminer on the North Fork in 1980, and these vines are still among the oldest in America. We pressed this fruit as whole clusters and cold-soaked it with the skins to extract more aromatics. Gewürztraminer is one of the most fragrant wines we craft with exotic notes of lychee fruits, ginger and rose petals. Fermented in steel using indigenous yeasts.
