The grapes are meticulously pressed whole cluster, fermented using wild yeast, and lovingly aged in clay amphorae. These exceptional vessels, made of the same material of the iconic aqueducts of ancient Rome, bestow upon the wine a harmonious complexity, elevating its inherent mineral nuances.
