These grapes were hand harvested from just one single row of vines on the estate. Grapes were pressed whole cluster and racked into one neutral French oak barrel for wild yeast fermentation. Pinot Blanc was aged in the barrel for 7 months, undisturbed. This alluring dry white is un-fined and unfiltered, capturing the natural essence of minimal intervention winemaking and taking the “small batch” concept to another level.
