We planted Pinot Grigio at Corey Creek in 2017, and this is the first vintage harvested from those young vines.
This small lot was given overnight skin contact for a bit of extra character, then pressed the next day and transferred to Amphora for fermentation. 5% was held back and aged in stainless steel. Medium bodied with flavors of peach, citrus, and a saline minerality.
