Our Sauvignon Blanc is made by gently pressing whole clusters of sustainably farmed, estate grown fruit from our sites at Bedell and Corey Creek. It is then fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged in steel to maximize its youthfulness and aromatic character. Mark Squires of the Wine Advocate said “Many on the East Coast make fruity Sauvignon with grass and green notes. What they sometimes lack, however, is some zing and zest - I love the way Bedell's Sauvignons accomplish that.”
