Secco is a traditional method sparkler fermented in the bottle. Aged for 3 years on the lees prior to disgorging and corking. 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir, hand-picked and gently whole cluster pressed, with notes of freshly baked bread, toast, lemon and honey.
